A Real Lionheart Aeroplane!

Yep. Ive seen it.

I am a fan of the Staggerwing Beach. Its cool to see a modern version.

If I had that one, I would put on some huge tires, like the original, which back then was for soft field landings as most airfields were grass back then.

May God bless us with never having issues with our company names. Mine goes back quite a long time, so I dont think there will be an issue, and also, I deal with FS planes, while he makes the real thing, so its a totally different market.

I saw it here in Tucson and wasn't sure what it was until another pilot who met Neal told me it was a homebuild. It seems to be a lot larger than the original D-17.

Hey Bill, have you ever considered doing a D-17 model for FSX? :jump:

Hey CactusKid,

I havent. There is a nice one out already, and I hear there is another being made, I cant remember by who.

Great planes!

I assume you're referring to the CR-1 (formerly SimTech) Staggerwing which can be found here:

As for rumours of another one, I've heard a couple but I hate spreading rumours about 'future projects' until they can be actually seen in progress ( or near release)
