Accusim impacts only the aircraft for which it was made.
There is one Accusim extension for the P47, and another one for the P-51, and another one for the Spitfire etc... To each his own.
There won't be any impact on other aircrafts in your hangar.
You might be confusing with AccuFeel, from the same company. AccuFeel will impact all of the sim, by adding some of the immersion elements from Accusim (wind noise, open/close canopy engine volume, behavior on water, etc...).
And keep in mind, if you take the P-47 and the Accusim extension for the P-47, you can always:
- disable totally Accusim (if you don't want to care about engine damage) with a single click on a 2D popup panel, and re-enable it with another click.
- Repair your damaged aircraft with another click on another 2D popup window.
