Jankees, I know this idea must be fictional but the American Paint with some teeth showing would look Cool...any of your paint with some teeth would be cool:jump:?

These paints are just fantastic!

Thank you so much.

How do you ever get time to fly, creating all these materpieces?

Spitfire Mk Ia - L1004, 602 Squadron August 1940.

Flt Lt 'Sandy' Johnstone was flying L1004 when on the night of 25/26 June 1940 he shot down a Heinkel He.111H-3 of 3./KG.26 near Dunbar in Scotland, and again on 30 June when he shared in the destruction of a Ju.88 of 1./KG.51. In July he was promoted to lead the squadron, and in August 1940 he took them down to Westhampnett in Sussex at the height of the Battle of Britain.

The upload is waiting for approval her on SOH.

It's that specific moment when you cannot paint the gears :)

That is very pretty!

Is anyone going to do a lovely high gloss restored P7350, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flights Mk IIa? I might even be tempted to part with my hard earned pennies and pick this up. :)

Did anyone ever produce paint for the BoB flight aircraft? If anyone has done it I think that I must have missed it. I believe the aircraft is currently painted as Geoffrey Wellum’s mount.
Indecently if you are interested in the Spitfire or the Battle of Britain Geoffrey’s book First Light is a must read, in fact I read somewhere that all officer cadets entering RAF Cranwell are given a copy.

I'm slowly working on it, both as K9998 and P7350, but I'm using GIMP so if someone else wants to do it that's fine with me and i have a few pics i can send.
