Hope you like it!

Like it alot bentwing. Esp your story on the forums that you painted one that was kinda mid paint, before it had recieved the cheques etc. Great job :ernae:

Thanks, Lewis!

I really wanted to do some 99th P-51s, but I just can't get the blue and white check cowl band figured out. When I found a couple examples without the checks and only a blue band, I decided to "cheat" a little and do one of those.

All in all I think it turned out OK.

Yeah you can just use someone else's scheme for a guide. Use your paint program to copy their scheme on top of yours, reduce it's opacity level, then you have a handy guide :) I created the 364FG nose stripes for my schemes by using Lady Alices 357th Checkers as guides

Cheers

Took her up for a spin today. Really like her bentwing. Great repaint and not bad for one of your first for the stang, not bad by any stretch of the imagination! :salute: And I think it makes an interesting choice without the checkers in this case.

Hi Folks:

I've just uploaded and update to "Tall in the Saddle" here and at Flightsim.com to fix a bunch of problems with the alpha layers.

Hopefully much better than the previous version.
