A2A WOPIII P-47 Out Now!!!

Whilst your still moaning about the price - im in here :wavey:

Aren't we lucky to be able to have a hint of the feeling of flying one of these warbirds without a very real chance of being killed by enemy flak, aircraft etc? Wife is only hostile here LOL
Good image Gajit. Looks very nice. Can you pull the gunsight and mount a Garmin there instead?
Or would that be blasphemy? Something along the lines of this video (thanks for the link ThudPilot via rsgunner)

Wow - thats great Frank - thanks for the link.

above engine noise "I WOULD PAY THE SAME AGAIN FOR A BUBBLE TOP VERSION"

Do we know if the pilot has enough forward view to see the lead plane during the initial take off roll??

I was in Pigeon Forge TN about 3 years ago at some of the factory outlet stores and the P-47s from the museum were flying touch and goes. That's about the sweetest sound I've ever heard LOL. The wife went shopping thru several stores so I was able to stay outside and watch them :jump:

I say the same thing to myself every time I glance this thread.
Still not a buyer but most likely will be when that time comes.

Not sure. They did come off separate and then joined up. With the scarcity
of these old birds I wouldn't take any unnecessary chances. The crowd will
just have to be happy with tight flyovers. No matter what they paid for the
show, if anything, it's just not worth it, IMHO.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

Jankees, I like all your paints very much! :ernae:
But what's second paint?
And can you make a italian P47 Razorback (as fictional, because I believe the italians P47's were Thunderbolt...)?

Regards,
Luca

Gooooooooood job on the alignment of the cheques!

indeed, those looks great! I started on them (same aircraft actually), but I think I'll wait for this one now...

meanwhile, I've been busy with these two, adding silly little details on Josie that probably nobody will notice, and scraping paint of the other one...
Good enough to share with you guys, or do you still see room for improvement?
