Once the file is converted to FSC, cannot it be opened in FSDS2.24 and the gear animation quirk in the left main gear strut corrected? Then the new MDL file created out of FSDS2.24? :help:

I have a conversion of A6m2,
I like to modify the engine to make a A6m1, but I do not know who make airplanes, neither I have a good PC, or walks to me low autocad.
If you have interest in the model to modific, I can send the aircraft in Fsds-2 format!

About A6m3 is a old convertion, the only to fix the bug is that archisoft make a new conversion!

...you send me either the A6M2 or A6M3 in FSDS2 format (FSC files), I can fix any animation issues that exist and make any changes to the aircraft MDL files to make them accurate. :engel016:

the MDLC V4 have debug some animation problem
and I could re-convert A6M2/ A6M5 to *.fsc for FSDS2/FSDS3

I have no more time to fix this A6M3 model,
so if someone that is FSDS modeler want to modify/merge/fix this A6M serials
I would like to send the *.fsc to him/her?

but just for only one person...
this one should be SOH member agreement...:ernae:

..me...the FSDS modeler. I will keep the FSC private, and the work will only be posted on SOH. I will need the FSC file for FSDS2.24 to do the work. Check your PMs for my email address. :ernae:

A little trivia on the A6M5 exhaust stacks. Notice that they are placed radially around the cowling and that they don't all dump into one exhaust stack like the previous models. In trying to squeeze out the last bit of performance from the Zero, the designers used these stacks to actually provide a small measure of thrust from the high pressure exhaust gas when the engine was at high manifold pressure.

Now to see if FSDS2.24 can manipulate an FSC file extracted from a MDL file. I've never attempted this before. :jump:

Max and Jagd, thanks for the info. I only hope that I will have use for it. But first let's see what FSDS2.24 can do with Ivan's files. :isadizzy:
