Back in the day,
ALL draftees sat on the bench for a number of years while they learned the system while watching the number 1 quarterback play.

Rodgers is the perfect example of why draftees need to sit on the bench....
 
Worked out well so far. Hopefully he didn't learn how to text pics of his "Junk" from the old #1 QB...
