It seems I can never pass up a chance to watch old airplane movies, lol today it is "Only Angels Have Wings"[FONT=Verdana,Sans-Serif] (1939)[/FONT]

If you don't have it get the original "Lafayette Escadrille" on DVD (not tape). It's worth it just for the incredible sound restoration they did. The old rotaries are loud and sharp on the ground. Add to that the ignition interrupter and you have some sweet music.

....How about another war classic,..."The Dawn Patrol" (1938) starring Errol Flynn, Basil Rathbone, and David Niven? Solid entertainment and acting through and through.
