Aeroheaven DC3 cowl flaps?

Hi-

Newbie here has a question. The manual says that the cowl flap control is located on the right side of the co-pilot seat. In the manual, they seem to be rotating caps mounted on pedestals. Am I blind, or lookin' right at them?

Its ok, take with different engine, this Wright R-1820 Cyclone 9 hasn't cowl flaps.
