Not sure why you'd want to drop the hook on the ground Chris. If you absolutely have to you could muck about with the entry in the Aircraft CFG but if you do, I can't vouch for how well she'd trap next time you want to land on a carrier...:engel016:

Just to check the operation after control assignment to joystick.It works fine now however.

Would you please check your contact system as I have submitted two requests for help,the first last Saturday,and have received no reply except the immediate acknowledgement of receipt.

We have tested the system Chris and everything is working fine. Did you buy from us or somewhere like Just Flight?:engel016:

maybe its Your spec or something in the sim? I have this model and didnt notice any problem with tailhook. It works without problems and no any problem with arrestor cable. Do You have the last version 1.3? Try different plane with T/H.
 
Bazzar,I bought the product from just flight but to find out about the since cured tailhook problem I went on your aeroplane heaven site and the contact us section and sent two messages to you both of which were acknowledged when sent.
The matter is now resolved thanks but I am concerned about the lack of reply from you or indeed your non reception of said help topic.

I just logged into the mailserver.
We just received a contact regarding our eindeckers and there is nothing on our server about the helldiver. Our server is running spamassassin which kills emails based on words but I am sure you probably didnt put the words viagara or cialis into the subject or message. '

Due to the large amounts of adult spam originating from outlook.com and hotmail accounts the server is killing emails based on that domain and single line sentences ( something to do with baysian filters or something ) so if you did send a one sentence email from one of those accounts the spam kill would have killed that.

I have just tested it myself using a gmail account as the return email address and have received that.

So if you are using firefox or chrome is there a chance ( like me ) that you are using noreferrer extension or some other extension that stops php from doing it's business.

We tend to answer emails within a day or so ( longer when the sun is out and the beer is cold ).
