Aerosoft F-16 sound problem

Posted this on the Aerosoft forum with no replies so far so I'm posting it here also. Concerning the F-16.

When I apply a lit more than idle throttle the sound breaks up and then goes away completely until I decrease the throttle back to idle. Never had this problem with any add on until this.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I have that plane and my sound works fine. Does the sound act weird on any version of the jet? The "clean" version is the one that has the actual sound files in its directory. Every other version refers to it. Also, do you get any sound when you hit the afterburners or is that gone too? Has it ever worked correctly? It sounds like some of the .wav files are gone or corrupted. I have 40 .wav files in the sound directory of the "clean" version with it updated to 120. Make sure all your fies are there. Play them one at a time to see if they are corrupted. The sound.cfg file could be corrupted. Have you reinstalled it?
