Africa and South Asia water

Ok where does this go in the scenery layer. I am not using Rhumba's new mesh.

Correct placement of Africa and south
Asia water

Just above "FS2000_props" Highpockets - should be about layer 11 in the scenery.cfg file if there are no Rhumba watermasking or mesh layers present.

In my WWI install I have the water above the scenery in the third priority spot. not sure if that helps.
