Try searching the Avsim FSX scenery library section for Aeroworx. No game reserves (well, actually... I'll come back to that!) but vastly improved scenery for Southern Africa. Be advised, though, it comes in many, many, MANY parts as it is constantly being updated and improved. Installing it from scratch is a little bit of a challenge.
Atop the Aeroworx you can also add some surrounding scenery as well. If anyone watched "Bush Pilots" on TV in the UK, Botswana is covered by an add-on which uses the Aeroworx base scenery and Maun, plus all the Okovango Delta airports are present, as is the delta. Unfortunately, there's no wildlife. I keep wanting to go and add some using Instant Scenery or whatever, but have never done so. What I'd really like is a "random animal placer", with a 1% chance of a giraffe/elephant/rhino on the runway every time you try and land. Any devs want to step up to the challenge?
