Afterburner effects

SOH-CM-2025
Has anyone done a set of Burners for Piglet's Mitsubishi T-2? Just installed it last night and noticed, no burners. Same for his Boeing Clipper and F-5. I have a few effects in my arsenal to use (Thinking the Alpha Scorpion burners would look good on the F-5)

Okay, what I have is based on the old Alphasim Grumman F11 Tiger afterburners. A good friend of mine did this one and a couple of other afterburner fits with Piglet's T-2/F-1 but this is the one I have. So to get these to work, you need those burner effects or ones close to the same size. You will also need the freeware KO_F16_FX!F16_AB_THROGGLE gauge from Flightsim.com(originally made for Kirk Olsen's F-16)

In the small zip attachment, you'll find the panel edit for the KO_F16_FX!F16_AB_THROGGLE gauge as well as the afterburner coordinates. I also included an airfile for it which removes the compressibility encountered at transonic speeds. I did not recalibrate the pitch and roll moments after I made the adjustments so I toned them down using the flight tuning(this was a consequence of the adjustments I made). You may need to remove the original AB textures and effects that came with the T-2 model. I cannot remember if the textures are in the effects/texture folder or the aircraft texture folders. They may interfere with the new effects settings. Give it a shot & see how it works. Heck of a good model for a freeware! Hope this helps.
