What is that tube that extends from the fuselage, bottom left beneath the left waist gun?

It is the shaft for the towed wire antenna. The ball at the end is the stop for the wire when retracted.

No solution yet for the big hurdle of trying to get a model.cfg to call on the strafer-no-pods model for the livery package. That's what's holding me back otherwise, they're gorgeous and ready for sharing.
I don't want users to have to install like FSX days where you add the texture folder to the main folder, add an entry to the aircraft.cfg, and rebuild the layout.json. Us older sim guys could do that, but the majority nowdays expects a drag and drop to the community folder, and currently that's just not possible with the Strafer hard nose model. We can't seem to figure it out. I'm not alone, there are no other liveries out there for the hard nose, I suspect this is why.
