Ah! So it is! Thanks, Baz. I'll monkey around a bit....I'm certain I can get the left hand air stair door version merged with a classic cockpit VC...vs. the GPSized one.

Liking the airplane.

Thanks!

Kent

P.S. Please build us a Fokker F-27 for MSFS...love your machines.

Your problem will be if you go down to the galley area, you will not have a left door. You'll have a pax/cargo arrangement.

Hello everyone!:wavey:

Now I'll report back, even if I'm reading a lot. Well, the new DC-3 in MSFS is the absolute hit in my opinion. I love flying the DC-6, now the DC-3 is added, which for me is the highlite... And that's why I can't stop painting the DC-3

Well, I painted Swissair's DC-3 HB-IRI in neutrality colors. During WWII, all Swissair DC-3 aircraft had neutrality colors of red and white. I think the HB-IRI was quite successful with the painting I really enjoyed it.
That's why I won't hold you up to you and show you here....

I will upload them here and on Flightsim.to in the next few days.

I haven't found much about the history of HB-IRI, except this: Assembled by Fokker at Schiphol and delivered to Swissair on June 22, 1937 as HB-IRI. The Wright Cyclones fitted to this early DC-3 are easy to identify. Sold 1955. Flew as N2816D then N142D with Ozark Airlines until 1966. Written off as such March 1969.

Have fun with the pictures and I wish you a nice evening....

Greetings from Christian (Pirosch)

What an aircraft.I too struggled a bit at the beginning but the trim video cleared it up. I should not I'm not quite sure what he said in the video but the seventeen degrees of nose down trim did the work at the default weight. What a sweet flyer! Thanks for it.

That was not the question
Of course it's PS, but where can I find the textures?

ah, sorry.
In your packages/official/onestore folder.
In principle, your community folder is also in the packages folder, so it should be relatively easy to find. The onestore folder holds all your Asobo/Microsoft aircraft. The DC-3 is with the microsoft aircraft

If some of the livery artists could do a few Retro cockpit aircraft repaints, it would be appreciated.
Currently Classic is getting most of the attention.:mixed-smiley-010:
