I found another site to download great information. This time, it's the site for present/past issues of "All Hands" magazine.

Just for a first try, I downloaded the issue from the month I first entered the Navy, Sept. 1972. Voila!

Always enjoyed reading the pilots sea stories that start out with...
"It was a dark and stormy night"........
The stories usually ended with some sort of "lesson(s) learned" from some
close encounter with a near miss with another plane or a night splash in the
cold dark waters of the Med.
