• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

a week ago Air Canada landed at SFO in san francisco ,a worker let a 2 year old dog out of his cage/container and the dog "Larry" ran away...air canada has been very unhelpfull in the search and a sacramento news show...goodday sacramento..sent air canada an email asking about the situation, the response was very rude, unkind and uncaring..turns out it was an inner office (air canada) email that got sent to goodday sac tv show..and they read it on air live..now its going global....the email states that people in the USA are looking for things to complain about due to our government shutdown, and that the media was waiting their time (air canada's) with "nonesense about a lost dog"....

Must have been sent by a cat lover who is currently looking for another job!

Frankly, even as an internal email, the email says a lot more about the writer of it than it does anyone or anything else. Most folks just don't link stuff like that together. Most of us would have sent something that essentially said, "Hey folks, let's try to find this dog. This is a bad mistake that can cause us a lot of PR issues and really upset our paying customers."
