Air Force One scenery in Simviaiton. A question....

A few days back, a scenery file was posted on Simviation for Andrews AFB. It includes Air Force One, and Secret Service vehicles.

In the picture on Simviation, it clearly shows a 747 in Air Force One colors. But when I install the scenery, the 747 appears to be a scenery object that is bare metal.

There is no Readme file with the scenery, and I am not able to find a email address for the author of the scenery, who's name is Andy Rose.

Anyone have this, and/or a reason why the unpainted 747, vs Air Force One colors?
