Airbase/Country change?

Trying to use Guernsey/Guey73 for a "Pearl Harbor" sim. Its apparently Britain,
and thats what I have for country ID at the top. But when I went to test it,
the airbase is RED? What do I need to do to correct this?
 
.....or if anyone knows of a "Pearl Harbor" sim battle allready with the stock map,let me know!
