Five New Variants

The pack includes new 3D models and textures for all variants, including exterior components, interior configurations, new liveries and additional features and capabilities. Our configurations have been carefully created from real H145 references and offer new elements that can be easily configured by users and livery artists. Unlimited custom key bindings and SDK support are provided for all new functionality.
Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) & Search and Rescue (SAR)

• Complete EMS interior with stretcher, various medical equipment and gear
• 3D Crew: 2 pilots, doctor, hoist operator / medic, hoist crew
• Functional hoist with multiple interactive animations, mechanical system management and the ability drop and collect the crew
• High Intensity Search Light with steering, dim, zoom, filters and more (TRAKKA800)
• Ejectable stretcher to pick up and carry wounded civilians
• 4 new liveries of popular worldwide EMS operators
• Helionix integration as well as a friendly user interface added to the tablet to operate the new capabilities
• Switches and panels have been added to the Overhead Panel and Center Console to allow new capabilities
• New weight elements (Hoist) have dynamic impact on the flight model

but seems a nice addition especially if you have Neofly and fly search and rescue and HEMS missions

NOTE: I bought it, but after attempting to download it, I found out (by going back and rereading the description) that the addon is still in development, so this is a pre-pay. I don't have a problem with that, but I think that HCG could have included wording in the title about the pre-pay part.

From the discord site, both base pack and action add-on should be finished in April.

Action Pack + Base Pack will be out in April, there will be lots of fine tuning and finishing work there, but the model is almost buttoned up at this point so a lot of effort over the past couple months has been on trying to make sure all the variants will have all their things and that everything can be finished with just software changes
the electrical system is bad, but otherwise the avionics and systems are easily 90%
the user guide has a list of issues, I have another list, I'll hit more requests and I have a ton more documentation to write
I'm going to produce a proper tutorial flight (as a document and then probably a video) and more training material
