Does anyone know of a good aircraft checker that will work with multiple folders?

My aircraft are categorized, and I'm having a heck of a time getting flightsim to recognize that it should use the panel from an airplane in a different folder. I know it can be done- I just need an "assistant" to make things easier. I tried Addit! Pro, but it only recognizes the Simobjects folder.

what is much easier that open panel.cfg inside panel folder of your aircraft and add

alias=folder's name other aircraft\panel
