Airfile entry "droppable tanks" ?

You can copy the second drop tank segment from any airfile that has the double drop tank listing. I open both air files (one with 2 drop tank listing, and the one with that needs the listings). In the donor air file, select the section you want to copy, right click and select "Copy To CLipboard". Then go to the air file needed the sections added, right click any section and select "Add From Clipboard".
Using this method, you can copy any segment you want from one air file to another. Once the segments are added to the air file, then you can make adjustments to get the drop tanks in the proper position, adjusted to proper gallonage.
