Airport Elevation Correction

I have installed a few freeware and payware airports in P3Dv4.3 and discovered occasionally the runways, taxiways etc. don't match with the airport terrain.
Sometimes slightly above, sometimes slightly below.
Is there a relatively simple way to correct this?

I am using the following:

Pilots Global 2018 FTX
FTX Global Base, Vector and Open LC.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Run FTX Central and then click on the Vector Configurator, The last tab on that menu controls elevation changes made by Orbx. Check to see if those airports are listed on the right side as having been adjusted. If so, click on each one and move them back to the left side then run the sim and see if that corrected the problem.
 
Yes, I’ve already tried that.
The airports I’m working with aren’t listed in the FTX AEC.
I'm pretty sure I need to edit them myself somehow.

Since you are using Pilot's FTX 2018 Global, have you tried flattening airports using Pilot's AFM2 Configurator?

I'm running Pilot's Global Ultimate and the AFM2 has worked near 100% of the time on the few airports I've run into with elevation problems.
