Simply wondering what this thing is, and how to use it.
Had to search for quite a while until I found this on the Aerosoft page since I have no idea what it's called!
I flew into an airport in Belgium today with one, so they seem to be somewhat common at very small European fields.
The markings have a tendency to change too (which is what I would expect if it is an advisory panel of some sort).
I've never seen one while flying (real or simulated) in the US.
