Airport Parking Oil Stains

Was adding some parking to PAEI and some of the parking spot oil marks are not centered. The aircraft are on the yellow line but the oil marks are to one side. The AI seem to work ok and most of the parking spots are normal. What happened? See pictures:

What method did you use to place the stains?
Did this occur after you reloaded FSX or the scenery?
Did the shift occur after you changed scenery layers?

This usually occurs a airports at higher altitudes, but can also occur at locations far from the equator.
 
Oil Stains

Just added the regular way like I have done hundreds of times at other locations. Only about ten or twelve parking spots did this at this PAEI location. I added about fifty parking spots here and all of them came out fine except for these. You can see one picture the oil stains are right.
