Airshow assistant - "sunken wheels syndrome"

Hi guys

I am finding that on taxiing in after a formation flight my wingman's wheels are sunk in the tarmac.

Is there any way to cure this does anyone know? The aircraft in question on this trip were the Indiafoxtecho F-35A.
