Akemi's boomerang?

Seems to have slipped from the radar on his site (i.e. 'work in progress').. I hope that he hasn't given up on the project..

Due to liking the Aeroplane Heaven Boomerang, but can't seem to track any repaints for it, I'm hopefully waking this topic,.....for some good news.

Has Akemi released it yet?

Akemi's Boomer has been out for a while.

His date of release for the Boomer is November 24 2009. I remember it being announced here. There was a flurry of interest in it and the AH version and then we got off onto something else.

He's doing another version or a complete redo of the Ki-100 right now:

Thanks troops. I added the sound from the AH model. Not the best, but the only sound files I know of.

All this messing about with the CFS2 models is getting me real interested in getting CFS2 (the sim) I just might.

The Boomerang used the P&W R1830 Twinwasp engine. Same as the Wildcat so you can allias to the stock F4F4_Wildcat or use Lawdog's Twinwasp sounds to complete your Boomerang to your satisfaction.
