I am on DX10 with Steve Parsons' amazing shaders patch. No problems with this gorgeous Waco but for the radios texture when cockpit/instruments lighting is turned on.

Anybody on DX10 without the shaders patch and not having this texture problem ?.....

Thanks !

Jan

Same problem for me.

This plane is amazing, and thanks for all the artists who make additional textures :salute:

Great paints Mike and Barnes:salute:
Got a WIP going here, based on the dark green/white scheme. Haven't given any pinups/art or registration yet. I wanted to put black cheatlines around the curves but it would look too pixellated against the white paint.

I have the templates saved so i might try some other color variations later.

Cheers

next weekend at the soonest, sorry..

I purchased the Waco today and cannot install it. I sent a support question to Alabeo but have not received an answer yet. I only sent it a few minutes ago, but I thought I would ask for help here too. During install I am asked for a "serial number". I enter the "Key" I received at purchase. I get a "invalid serial number" response. Anyone know where I should have gotten the "serial number" when I bought the Waco. I have downloaded all the great repaints and can't wait to fly this airplane.

Okay, just tried loading again and it took the "key" code. Now to flying.

Well, day two, no answer on my email and issue.

I tried downloading Opera thinking that IE was the issue. With Opera, it states now that I have exceeded my downloads.

..................

Oddly, what it tries to dowload is this; ALWC.zip.k3dagzt On the desktop, it shows that it is a HTML file. It hangs at 99%.

So.. I tried.

Apparently this "company" is a start up basement type, being run from one person's computer, and he decided to take the weekend off, immediately after releasing what he should have known was going to be their most popular product. So, as far as any support of any kind goes, we apparently are out of luck until??? This is to bad, as the modeler seems to be very good, but the groups business practices leave a lot to be desired. This could quickly cause the sudden demise of what could have been, and still may become, a very good company. IF they learn some business principles.

Just one of the many, hopefully only temporarily, unhappy customers who really really want this beautiful piece of software.

The situation is causing me to wait to see what happens before I give them a credit card number.

Alabeo has been for me a reliable vendor with outstanding service - they have replied to all of my emails and are an affiliate of Carenado - so they are well supported

I have had no issues with my CC purchases
