• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

I just like to say thanks to Ickie for all the work over the weekend.

With all the server troubles and the attacks by various cads and mountebanks, he has had his hands full.

I, for one, appreciate his hard work in the past and especially over the last few days.

Even if I am still prey of serious abdominal and back pains, due to a kidney stone which popped out of nowhere on me by last Saturday at 3 a.m., I could not resist checking if SOH was up.

After I returned from the hospital, between a pain crisis and the next one, I was able to read your rebuilding trial comments. After all you went through rebuilding the HDD crash!

You sure must have had your pains as well!

Enough of this, I can't sit in front of the pc any longer, I have to go lay down. To date, no doctor could tell me how long the pain is going to last, at least until the stone is expelled, they said. I though I did, apparently not. I left the pain killer effect wear out a tad too long....Ouch!
