Luca, that's going to be a sweet one. At first glance I thought it was an L-39.
And it might be this one that I'm a ground crew member for......"PIPSQUEAK" The World’s Fastest L-39.

It's an Alenia Aermacchi M-346 Master and being myself modest, it's only the fastest Italian plane ever built! LOL
Who knows, maybe one day this jewel will replace your old T-38's...that would be sweet!
