Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

Suddenly all my grapich settings was altered , i was curious about the sharpness a few days back , so i checked the settings and WOW they where changed from TAA to DLSS and from 5120 x 2160 to 2560x1080 and more , how can that be :) ?

It's a good idea as a general practice, to check your graphics settings after any sim update or graphics card software updates you install, or just as a routine preflight check. That's what I do every time I open MSFS.
In the case of settings being changed by those programs, I only remember one instance of an MSFS sim update making changes to the MSFS GUI graphics and or data settings. But the reason I check after every update is to learn whether the updates might allow me to
increase my settings - or cause me to have to decrease them - due to whatever the new graphics card version or sim update may have changed.
Sometimes you win - and sometimes you lose - but it's always a good idea to check it.

So glad I read this and thanks for posting. I flew last night and could not work out why all my instruments were blurred. I thought my glasses were dirty or my eyesight has diminished through too much long haul this past few weeks. NO ! My general settings had been changed from TAA to DLSS. All now re-set and crystal clear.
