Guys,
To all the OFF team, I just want to say you've outdone yourselves. Excellent job on an excellent product. I'm sure there will be fixes and patches to come that will fix all the buggy stuff thats inevitable in a release like this, but all in all, its outstanding. So far, and I have by no means tried every AC yet, but the flight dynamics are incredible! The response and handling has been captured superbly and comes through well in combat, as does the AI intelligence and combat response. It has the right "FEEL" and you can just as easily kill yourself in a bad landing, as be shot down by the enemy. By the way, I came home from a mission and landed in a crosswind for the first time!! How cool! Got in a fight with an enemy ace without being as familiar as I should with a new AC "The Halberstadt" and stalled it three times in the fight, luckily with enough altitude to pull out and survive. It doesn't get much better than this, ...hmmmm well maybe it does cause I've only played it for two days now and I still have only scratched the surface. And by the way, you did the Roland CII beautifully, and it handles just as I believe it should according to what I've read. If you're new to bombers being a regular fighter pilot like me, go with the Roland, its like a fighter with a tail gunner....what a hoot!! Anyway, this is gonna keep me busy for some time, thanks again guys!!
