I did a couple of tours in Australia when I was in the Marine Corps and Vegemite is definitely an acquired taste.

LOL, love that Man at Work song. But uh-uh, is says "veg", out of my tree-standing ape ancestors diet! :d When they jumped from the tree and stood upright, they killed something, cooked it, and ate it! And it wasn't all that long after that they found a way to use the grain of the field to make something to drink with it! :ernae:
