Fix turned up on time, as promised, and delivers what is says (in the area of handling at least) ...

  • Adjustments have been made to the aircraft’s service ceiling based on community feedback.
  • Drag has been increased when flaps are fully extended
  • A visual helpers have been added for the fuel selector and comm radio power switch in the Before Starting Engine checklist
  • The Descent checklist can now be completed using auto-complete.
  • The door latch hatch is now textured after the door is opened.
  • The success condition for the Idle RPM check in the After Starting Engine checklist has been corrected.
  • The windshield is no longer black at lower LODs.
  • Cowl flaps are now open when starting on the runway.
  • The Before Starting Engine checklist in the Modern variant can now be completed using auto-complete.
 
I hate to resurrect this thread to moan about stuff, but who does not like the good 'ol Antonov An-2 ?

Until just a day or two ago the smothering heat down here in the Heart-o-Dixie has driven me to do some simming up in Alaska.

I got underway at that very little dirt strip KEB Nanwalek, one of the original airfields (before any World updates or Sim updates)

Anyways, I could not get the panel switch for the parking brake to release the brakes to work

I looked in the PDF file (linked above) on p.13-14 and saw that there is a parking brake release behind the yoke (imaged by # 133 in the manual). I'll have to go back and see if I get to it.

I know that some of the Sim updates (Bing Map data) in the past have given us green, [green] tinted roads and interstate highways and you can see my aircraft icon position near the airstrip, as I climb out in this screenie,
