and now.. Military Connies!

Very Nicely Done, Marcel. :medals: It takes me back a bit to my youth when I used to see the real EC-121's and C-121's in the skies.

FS2004 Lockheed EC-121R / EC-121K (no radomes) Super Constellation. Although using different designations these two versions externally resemble the civil Super H Constellation and are covered by one FS model in this package. EC-121Rs were camouflaged and used in the Vietnam war, and EC-121Ks were assigned to the Oceanographic Air Survey Unit (OASU). Both types were retired and broken up in 1972. By Team 1049 - Roland Berger, Volker Boehme, Manfred Jahn, Luis Pallas, Bill Tyne, and Stefan Werner.

Cheers! Mike :wavey:

Hey fellas, how come the gauges don't show up in my military Connies, the gauges still work in the Civil versions though. :kilroy::kilroy:

Do you have the H pack installed? If not, do so because the panel is aliased to the H folder. Or else try editing the panel.cfg to point to the G panel folder.

I have both the G and H Connies installed, what else can I do. :kilroy:

I had this problem initially as well. I discovered that the panel and sounds are aliased to the H model. However I had divided up my models into 4 different aircraft folders and the alias pointed to a folder that didn't exist anymore. I would check that first. If all else dails you can copy the panel and sound folders from the H model into the new one.

Hope this helps

Chris

This one is next, due to arrive some time next week:

Does anyone here have a picture of the innermost flap section of RC-121D or any other variation with the belly radar pod with the flaps partially or fully extended ???

We're not 100% sure on the small "fence" that is attached to the flaps and snugs up against the pod when the flaps are retracted.

Unfortunately the Connie at KCMA of which I took some of the pics Manfred used for the modeling is not quite ready for flight yet and I don't feel like cranking the manual extension handle 3000 times to get the flaps down.

Especially because I would have to crank it another 3000 times to get them back up :wiggle:
