Announcing KC Flight Shop Evektor SportStar!

I didnt even know there was a freeware Evektor! I had to do a bit of digging to find it. I downloaded it to check it out and was going to give you a report.

First, its an FS2004 model ported into FSX. Its also divided into 3-4 differant files you need to download separately and extract into separate folders. Second, I did all that and I couldn’t get it too work. Wonder woman aircraft! Totally invisible, no sound. It also doesn’t fly like the Evektor.

So to answer your question, what is our product providing over the free one? As far as I can see, everything... To me, the installer alone is worth the 15$. From the screenshots I saw online, the visuals are OK on the freeware. I dont even know if they have a VR cockpit or if they use 3D gauges. Our model also used high resolution 2K textures with normal mapping and reflections. Your free to fly the freeware if you can get it too work, but I think you would find our product to be a total upgrade and well worth the asking price. </SPAN>

Hope that helps.

The flight dynamics will be exceptionally good, as Bernt Stolle is doing it. Throw in the 2 hot Czech girls, and I'll buy it :)

BTW, although not easy to get into, she does spin nicely.
As this plane is a 2 seater...and if you are the pilot, where's the second Czech girl going to sit if I may ask....just a thought ;)

I found the freeware Evektor as well. There are quite a few files however only two that are actually necessary. . . .one for the base version and another that updates it to ver1.1. I had no problems with it being invisible so I'm not sure what happened there with yours. In the external, the canopy is too opaque for my liking and I'll see what can be done with the alpha to correct that. The interior is nice but as near as I can tell the gauges are not 3D. Nice sound set and fun to fly, but as soon as yours is ready, the freeware one will be gone. The freeware doesn't hold a candle to what I see in your screenshots Gibbage.:salute:

correct! It has not yet been released.

But he did supply me with a beta version and a paintkit:
