Another bleedin British Jet

The Classic British Files .com site is probably one of the best sources of British Freeware and others in the net.....Many of the FS9 planes there work very well in FSX and some, like the Hunter, are unique.....I have been a member there only a few months and love the place......:ernae:

Glad you guys like it :d
I'm away for the coming week, but I'll upload it here as well when I get back.

Fantastic work, you just keep waiting for the little sign to come up and say that the demo period has expired. Professional quallity all the way. Thanks so much, Dave!!:engel016:

This plane is FSX art at it's finest! I am amazed at the quality of this plane; in every aspect it excels and performs!

Loving it, but I have to pull a leg or two..

.. I thought Hunters were never shiny and never carried empty pylons? :173go1:

Well, the pylons can be removed by setting their weight to zero.
At least the wingtips are the right shape...:icon_lol:

I never built that part ;)

Definitely cool though. Though I seem to screw the gear and flaps up every time.

Thanks Henry for the HU and Dave for the plane. I couldn't wait to get Dave's Hunter back in FS9 when I built my new computer, so that I could fly it for once at real time with no stutters.

Who'd have thought that I would be flying a better DaveG Hunnter in FSX at better fps? I just cannot believe it!

Flew from Barkston-Heath to Texel Island this morning. Sweetness, landed that bugger on Texel's little grass strip! Met an outgoing tube on the way.

As far as jets go, the Hawker Hunter is a ten, there is no way to look at it that isn't pleasing.

You are quite welcome Lief. You can take them from here, my Photobucket site or I can send you larger screens via email (1900 X 1280) to you mate, just send me a PM with your email addy.

This in the least should be payware, it is as high a quality as most current FSX payware.

Cheers Caz

I have lifted the first two from here, They reproduce beautifully.
I was gobsmacked when I first saw Dave's Hunter for FS9 , now FSX! - this
as you say is way beyond the quality of pay-ware, its an act of love,
and I can say without fear of contradiction that this will make the
list of top ten models for 2009. I'm just looking forward to one of the
two dozen folks who have downloaded the paint kit producing some
quality skins for it.

BTW how do you wish to be credited? Caz ? Cazzie? or a Hunter Lover?

Caz Dalton will do or simply Caz.

For those that may not have noticed, the "FAA" version is
'acceleration carrier ready'!

And it is quite a challenge to get that bird aboard the Ark Royal! :)

Must try, if I can set her down in that pasture on Texel, I should be able to snag a wire.

But not now! Uh-Uh! Been to "Racin' 'n' Tastin'" At the Community Market in Danville. A little to inebriated for that now. Haven't drank but two ales (but they were good ales), I just can't even handle my beers anymore. Woe is me! Out of practice is what it is! :weightlifter::ernae:

Wow the single seat Hunter has been converted to native-FSX ? That's really cool, thanks a lot to the author !
I've been flying the FS9 version of the double seat Hunter in my FSX for the past few weeks, can't wait to see it converted too ! :ernae:
