• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

LOL:icon_lol: These are the Wfr Gr.28/32 Rockets, Or in other words The Nebelwerfer 41 Rocket projectile, used by the army, Information about them being used by the Luftwaffe is very scant, I just have a couple of photos, and a couple of drawings, with hardly any info, surfing did not turn up much either, Apparently they were used at some point,(may have been for evaluation) But were found to be impractical, I dont even Know if they were used as Air to Air or Air to Ground, If anyone has any info to share on this that would be cool, It would be good to know what the were used for before i upload.

Well, I had compiled a long post with references but there was a hiccup and it's all toast now.

Long story short:

It was very experimental and may have seen use at the end of the war. It was probably intended to be used against Allied bomber formations but there was also reference to it being used as an anti infantry/tank rocket. I would suggest making it dual purpose like the R4M(?). Either way it will be welcome.:jump:

I don't know about air-to-air, but boy these are great in ground attack once you get the targeting figured out. :D

Great addon!!! Thank you! :ernae:
btw: Has anybody any idea how to add a special soundeffect to those rockets, cause I think the "nebelwerfer"-sound would add even more fun ...

happy flying yours wolfger
