I am thinking that it may be flown by one of the commonweatlth countries that started moving more towards independence after the war (and maybe gradually also began the evolution of their aircraft insignia?). By the colors of the bars I am going to guess some connection to Rhodesia.

No, it will not. It's an AvHistory aircraft, and I seem to remember having this conversation a hundred times before...
