Thanks, it looks great but two things are a problem for me,,maybe to complex? Also my bank will not let me use a credit card for overseas sales and I could not find a US vendor for this version.
There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

I registered an account and got to the home site okay. Got the F-84 half price.
Manfred, the SSW site is a bit confusing....click on the FSX or P3D icons to go to the various products....the site is being worked on I gather.
Hmm, so you have to register an account in order to be able to see their products???
That sounds so backwards to me.
I don't sign up somewhere if I can not see what I am signing up for.
As they say: you don't miss what you don't know.
Well, I'll just stay with websites that actually show me their products, so I can decide if it is worth registering.
No hard feelings, just my personal opinion.
I agree with you 100%...but I really wanted the F-84F, so I signed up. Now that I have the F-84 I think I may have screwed up. I cannot get the damn thing to start up and the canopy does not want to close. I have a constant text across the top indicating that I have a "Demo Version". I cannot find any kind of an instruction manual. I'll try to figure things out tomorrow, but I think I bought a lemon. Anyone out there reading this, I can use some help.
If it's anything like the F-104 I have, all payment and registration instructions are on their website, as are the manual(s). It just takes some reading, rather than trying to dive in on your own then claiming that the addon doesn't work.
I did not claim the addon doesn't work. I asked for help since I could not get things to operate. This response does not help me. Can someone else offer some positive advice?
Sorry, in my world your "I think I bought a lemon" statement implies the addon is faulty. You have said that you cannot find manuals and that you have a "demo" indication after purchase, plus the fact that you cannot operate various functions of the aircraft.
Have you followed all guidance on the website to fully activate your product?

Have you checked your system for a "Sim Skunk Works" folder to see if the manuals are in there? By check, I mean performed a search using key words in a logical folder, not manually. I just checked my F-104 folder in the FSX directory, and there is a "docs" folder with all manuals, so I suspect that no futher downloading may even be needed, and that a simple look in the aircraft's folder will do. If they are not in there, perform a directory search.
We can't help further with vague statements like "I can't start it up" and/or "I can't find X". Good luck finding further advice....
