Anybody awake out there?

Well, wake up guys.

I have to say I'm disappointed in most of the folks out there. How many of you looked at the new Macchi 202s posted? Anybody notice that Corrado la Posta is back and updated his model for us? Two people said thanks to him and no one said welcome back.

I've gotten used to very little response to what I post. I don't really care because I do what I do for my entertainment, not to please others. But ignoring Corrado just makes me sad. I'm sure he will be real encouraged to provide anything else to this group. You guys should be better than that.

Nuff said, rant off :a1451:

Thanks Kurt,
but don't be angry.
I am just happy to be back. I have been away for many years for ... reasons.
But despite the many years gone this place still feels like Home.
There's even a sticky in the CFS3 section for IS4G's reopening.
I myself didn't think to come back to CFS2 and ... here we are!
Corrado

Mr. La Posta,

Capt. Kurt is right. I may lurk in the shadows 99% of the time, however, it doesn't mean I can't take the time to say thank you for sharing your works with us, especially when you need additional effort to get your wonderful planes to work in CFS2.

So I will say now how much I appreciate your planes, even the early CFS2 planes that I still enjoy flying...milions di grazie!

Kind regards,

TW

I recently started playing with CFS2 again because a friend of mine, who is a flight enthusiast but weak on computer skills, wanted to give it a try, but I've not had CFS2 installed for a couple years, at least. CFS2 was the first computer game I ever purchased that came on an optical disc and was my favorite game for a long time. Of course now it is an enthusiast's game and it's nice to have a place like Sim-Outhouse so there is somewhere to keep the game going. Things could always be better, but you have to be thankful for what you've got.

Thanks Kurt,
but don't be angry.

Good to see you around here Corrado, has been a while. Last time we talked was back in the days of developing MAW!! I've tried to get back into CFS2, but can't get it going right with Win7 Pro. Can't get the resolution right, hate being stuck in 1024X768,lol

Kurt,

I am thrilled that Corrado is back...he sent me a very nice complimentary note out of the blue which really meant a lot to me. I share your frustration about the lack of postings sometimes...it can be deflating.

Still flying the original IS4G planes and am anxious to add the ones that you, Corrado, and mission have updated. Thanks to you all for your work on these planes!

I missed something Capt K,
I saw the updated planes but nothing that said he was back.........

I am a bit slow though,

Dave

Some people have skills and want to share the fruits. Thanks to all of them for such generosity.
There are many great ones that we should thank before for some reason like the simple passing of the years, this site or his members, no longer exist.
I do not want to thank the talent, that we all have at least one. I want to thank generosity, time like simply replying to an email.
Here strange things have happened to me, like praising me for a little thing, or like spending whole days working without even a thank you for something requested in an email.

Thanks to those who show appreciation, because that, is also GIVING.

And at the end of our lives, it will only matter, what we gave, because we can not carry anything with us to the other life.

A big hug to all my friends.
Mario

I'm Awake...

Just very busy...

Still working on the house, getting ready for Christmas, and burring my Grandmother. What a joyous December this has been. I'll get to everything soon.

'til Later,
John
