Shalom and greetings all my pals,

I am very happy with KBT Electras which work very well. However, I would like to use Eric Guzman Electras because there are terrific repaints for those Guzman planes that I want to use. When I installed Eric's planes into FSX Deluxe with SP1 and SP2, the installation was successful but looking at weight distribution and looking at the plane's aircraft.cfg, they do not make sense to me. I am afraid to test-fly it.

I am curious to know if anybody got more realistic aircraft.cfg for Eric Guzman Electras for use of FSX Deluxe with SP1 and SP2, please??

I am long time member of SOH forums BUT this is my FIRST posting on this Flight Dynamics subforum. I always post on FSX subform.

Fortunately FSX files are easy to access, not hidden away such as 2020 and 2024. No need to be afraid to test fly it. If the CG info looks confusing it might be due to the reference position, which is not always at the aircraft center. many real aircraft might have the zero station at the nose!

Try a test flight first to just approach or barely become airborne and see what the trim is doing!

I sure hope that the aircraft.cfg has realistic fuel consumption rate too because everything in that aircraft.cfg does not make sense to me even though I am NOT NOT NOT expert in aircraft.cfg but I can tell from simply reading the aircraft, cfg that it does not make sense to me.

Thanks for your suggestion. If it does not work, maybe I can use aircraft.cfg from KBT Electra for Eric Guzman's Electra?? Or is it bad idea???? I am hoping somebody would have better aircraft.cfg for Eric Guzman's Electra for use of FSX. I am extremely satisfied with KBT Electras but very very beautiful livery repaints for Guzman's Electra makes me want to fly it!!

Fuel consumption is relatively easy to adjust should this not be to your liking. Using another .cfg is not likely to work well as all the contact points would most likely be "off".
 
Thanks for your answers, @fliger747 I will not use other aircraft.cfg. I am NOT touching fuel consumption rate in aircraft.cfg no matter if it is correct or not. I let professionals do the job.
