Anybody know where I can find good scenery for CYYC in FSX?

I've been looking for some decent scenery (freeware, if possible) for my home airport of CYYC. Anybody know where I could find it?

I have not seen anything for Calgary in FSX unfortunately but you could always do what I did with CYQG and completely rework it so that it resembles the real thing. :wiggle:

All you really need is the freeware 'Airport Design Editor' (ADE) program and some time to learn how to use it. ADE allows you to move runways, taxiways and roads or add more if required and lets you change dozens of other items too.

You can populate the airfield with stock FSX items using ADE or download additional libraries and use something like 'FS Instant Scenery' (payware) to place objects anywhere you like.

A word of caution though, once you get into 'modding' airports you will find huge chunks of your life disappear and you never get to fly in FSX because you are having so much fun in ADE!

There is this afcad for FS9 that gives some decent jetways for CYYC. I don't know much about afcads so can't say it it works in FSX as is, but it's something.

Also included are an Afcad2 file (required for both correct ramp sizing and correct aircraft positioning at their respective gates) plus a set of custom flight plans for the airport. Requires a previous installation of the file FS9JETS.ZIP - Please see the README FIRST.txt file for more information.

EDIT: Just found Calgary International, Calgary Alberta, Canada (CYYC) from here which is listed as "donationware". There is an update to make it work in FSX on Avsim too (linked on the site).
