Best Corsair for CFS3 I've seen is the payware Aeroplane Heaven Corsair: http://www.heavenlyhangars.com/READMORE/corsair/index.htm
I have it and love it! It is a bit heavy on the frame rates but it is pretty accurate and very detailed!

I agree with Greg, that is hands down the best one out there. You can also get that at donationware (for cheaper I think).
