Apparently this is an 'all US' large force exercise and there's interesting news, including the location and possible aircraft types

So I wonder if this means the USAF will be introducing these into combat?

Apparently there is a new silver metallic ‘stealth coat’ on some F-22’s and it has also been
applied to a handful of remaining F-117’s held over from retirement as ‘testbed’ aircraft.
