I bought the Ariane Designs 737 C-40 a few months ago. Although old by today's simulation standards, I still like the looks of it and the way it flies. The activation process for their models is, to say the least, daunting (if not outright difficult!).
You have to READ carefully how to activate the install, or it will not work, period! But it is worth it in my opinion, once all is set and running.
Today I just read they are in process of more models, not just for FSX, but P3D as well! I have not made the move to the latest version of P3D yet, as I only just upgraded my graphics card and memory...and am still in the process of seeing what it can handle now.
