Compiled as reworking of both the VC and the 2D panels for the Virtavia/Alphasim F4 Phantom II [FS9] - Pack 3.

1680x1050 widescreen 'photo-real' 2D panel with VC altered to 'match'. 3-stage AB effects included.

This is for the single radar screen panel to suit the FGR/F4-M variations included in Pack 3.

All relevant permissions included [especially Dietmar's ARS4 Radar].

First of 'several' new panels for the various F4 vers.
