What was his bad luck? Didn't he finish 2nd? Or is it just his bad luck that somebody who hasn't won in like near 6 years on that particular day has a car that good? Is that the bad luck?

Finishing second is not bad luck. He did quite well, besides luck only plays a part in the finish, skill and preparation are the major components.

Being already on pit row but 15ft away from the designated "safe zone"....but then the caution comes out. That set him back a lap.
