Special Server Maintenance
Just when you think you have everything running some what better...
You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.
- November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
- November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
- November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
- November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.
If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.
To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

Thanks for your repaints, having this many liveries of this and other aircraft makes the simulator more immersive, and it is a great help for those of us who do not have the knowledge to do them

Update today with a bunch of bug fixes..
LOCAL LEGEND I: JUNKERS JU 52
Fixed
· Standard / Floats / Skis
o The autopilot will continue to maintain heading after switching to External view.
o The near / far needle on the Zielflug Gekoppelt gauge is now centered when a VOR station is not being received.
o The tooltip for the engine starters and their covers have been updated to indicate “On” / “Off” and “Open” / Close, respectively.
· Floats / Skis
o The panel lights can now be adjusted using with the Center Panel Light knob.
· Retrofit
o The z-fighting of the wobble pump cover has been addressed.
o The tooltip for the CDI and Heading Bug on the copilot’s HSI now alignment with the instrument.
· All
o The tooltip for the Elevator Trim and Hohen-Flosse gauge are now always in alignment.
o The tailwheel has been adjusted so that it’s less likely to float above the ground when the aircraft is on the surface.
o “Zu” and “Auf” now fit within their space on the passenger cabin doors.
o Breaks between the control surfaces and their connecting rods have been addressed.
o The landing struts below the aircraft becoming broken / fractured when airborne have been addressed.
o Floating screw textures have been attached to their appropriate surfaces.
o Camera collision has been improved within the cockpit and passenger cabin to prevent unwanted clipping.
o Texture seams around the passenger cabin doors have been addressed.
Known Issues
· Floats
o Wake effects are not visible on the water when using Livery 1 and Livery 2.
o The Center Panel Light knob in Livery 1 and Livery 2 does not adjust the panel lights.
o The default position of the VR camera is a little further back in the seat compared to the other variants. This can cause the camera to clip into the wall when looking around.
